Senator Bill Cassidy (R-LA) will keynote the Closing Plenary Session at ResCon 2021. Sen. Cassidy is one of a select group of Senators who have been working tirelessly on the negotiations of a major, bipartisan infrastructure bill.

Senator Cassidy will deliver this keynote on Friday, September 17, 2021 at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.
