Virginia is partner/owner of The Beuerman Miller Group, and co-founded Beuerman Miller Fitzgerald in 2002.
In addition to overseeing business management for BMF, Virginia manages many of the firm’s largest projects. Business interests have tapped her worldwide to provide professional expertise on many topics. She is also one of the Nation’s most sought-after crisis communications trainers and responders.
Virginia’s energy and shipping clients include Shell, Kirby Marine, Blessey Marine, and Hillcorp.
Her significant public affairs experience includes managing state and federal level issues and media initiatives for clients as diverse as N.A.S.A., ConAgra and the Association of American Railroads.
A native of Washington, D.C., and a graduate of Tulane University in New Orleans, Virginia speaks fluent Spanish, and has studied at the Universities of Madrid and Salamanca, Spain. She received a fellowship from the Loyola Institute of Politics, and has been selected as one of Gambit Weekly’s “40 Under Forty” most distinguished New Orleanians, one of City Business’s “Power Generation”, one of Junior Achievement New Orleans’ Rising Star Honorees, one of the Young Leadership Council’s Role Models and, on behalf of the agency, one of 100 Inc Magazine/Harvard Business School Inner City top Company winners. Most recently, Virginia received the President’s Volunteer Service Award.
Virginia is deeply involved in the not-for-profit community, providing pro-bono services and serving in a board capacity for many organizations over the years.
