Senior Planner at GCR Inc.
Nathan Cataline is a Senior Planner with GCR Inc., based in New Orleans, Louisiana. Mr. Cataline is a project manager for Community Resilience and Planning Projects, working with public, private and nonprofit clients to develop plans and implementation strategies. Most recently, he worked with several National Disaster Resilience Competition winning applicants, who were awarded over $240 million for implementation. Prior to joining GCR, Mr. Cataline worked for statewide affordable housing advocacy organizations in Louisiana and California, and led vacant property planning efforts in the City of Detroit.
