Communities must understand their vulnerabilities and be able to maintain and recover critical operations should a serious attack occur, just as they would in preparation for other natural or manmade disasters. to deploy resources and communicate with response partners to combat cyber crime and mitigate adverse effects and expedite recovery in the face of an advanced cyber incident .
