Never before have policymakers, practitioners and residents had access to such a wealth of information available at the click of a finger, all of which can be used for planning, status updates and progress reporting. But learning how to best access and apply the vast range of information currently available is critical for all professionals working in the various sectors of the resilience field. This session will explore the ways data can be delivered to management officials, working level responders and even the general public in order build the capacity for a community’s preparedness and make relief and recovery after an acute shock more effective and efficient.
