Display your research at the RES/CON (Resiliency Conference) 2016 Student Research Expo, co-hosted by the University of North Alabama – Security and Emergency Management program. The SRE proposal selection process is very competitive. We want to help you to be successful in submitting your proposal, so please follow the guidelines below closely. Consideration is only given to proposals that follow all the guidelines listed.
The SRE is available to both undergraduate and graduate students who are currently conducting research in fields related to disaster/emergency management, resiliency management and/or crisis response. This is an informal opportunity for networking and exchanging ideas. Presenters will have an opportunity to share research studies, practical problem-solving efforts, or an innovative idea with fellow RES/CON participants. SRE presentations also provide other conference participants with an opportunity to become acquainted with your topic quickly and easily, and an effective SRE presentation highlights the main points or components of your topic succinctly.
