Exposition Booths

RES/CON New Orleans will be the premier international event on the practice of successful resilience and disaster management in an evolving global environment. Based in New Orleans – recently named the first “Resilient City” in America by the Rockefeller Foundation – this show will bring together a diverse crowd of thought-leaders involved in resilience and disaster management. Networking opportunities have been planned to maximize your exposure during this two and a half day event.

In addition to the exhibit booths featuring the most innovative tools and products for the industry, RES/CON’s Expo Hall will host unique lounge spaces and programming areas.

 

NEW THIS YEAR

The 2017 expo floor will feature a variety of displaying options. In addition to the standard 10’x10′ booth noted on the show floor, one-day pop-up spaces (3′) will  also be featured.

This year’s exhibit time includes:

Exhibit hall events will feature complimentary food, beverages and special activities designed to attract attendees to the Expo Hall.

EXHIBIT BOOTH INCLUSIONS

Your exhibit fee includes:

A special off-property networking event on Wednesday evening, March 8th is planned for all convention attendee and exhibitor staff and is included in your booth fee. It’s a great additional venue to network with conference attendees. And the best part is attendance is free for all registered exhibitor personnel!

*Full exhibitor registration also includes access to Breakout Sessions, General Sessions, Expo Hall events and Wednesday evening’s off-property networking event. Booth staff must be employees of the exhibiting company. If additional exhibit booth personnel are needed, additional fees will be charged to attend the events.

**Please Note: In the event of a written cancellation, 50% of the registration fee will be retained to cover administrative costs. After December 10th, NO refunds will be given.
